Can you work from an old or scanned photograph?
The only picture I have of her is a scan of a print, and it is a little grainy. Is that enough to work from?

Yes — a great many of the pieces we make are for pets who have passed, and the only photographs left are old prints or phone pictures of prints. Send us the highest-resolution scan you can and we will tell you honestly what we can read from it before any work starts. Grain is usually fine; what limits us is when the eyes or the shape of the head are not visible at all.
