The size you choose is the size of your pet — the replica is made to sit in the arms at roughly the soft, huggable weight of a cushion. The rush option moves your commission to the front of the queue, so you get it sooner.
Making takes six to fourteen weeks, because it is all done by hand and cannot be rushed. We give you your completion date when we accept the commission, and we hold to it. It is worth the wait — this is a piece you will keep for life.
What to send us
All the photographs you love, from every angle, plus close-ups of the face and paws. A short video is even better — it shows us how your pet carried themselves, which stills simply cannot. Old or imperfect photos are perfectly welcome; send what you have and we will take it from there.

Very often, yes. Send what you have — for a pet who has passed, it is often all that exists, and we are very used to bringing those photographs to life.
How do I keep it looking lovely?
A gentle spot clean with a damp cloth, dried away from direct heat, keeps it fresh. No machine washing needed.
Can you make two pets?
Of course. Two replicas are quoted together — just ask.
Is it made to be handled?
Yes — it is made to be held and hugged. We simply recommend keeping it away from small children and other pets, so it stays as beautiful as the day it arrived.
