These Terms & Conditions govern access to the LZXFC store and purchases of products offered through it.

Eligibility and use of the store
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to use the selected payment method. You may use the store only for lawful, personal, non-resale purposes. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, intended for unauthorized resale, or impossible to fulfil.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation confirms receipt of the order; it does not mean that we have accepted it. We accept an order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise notify you that the order is accepted for fulfilment. If an item is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a clear error, payment cannot be verified, or delivery cannot be arranged, we may cancel the order and refund amounts paid for unfulfilled items.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Our base prices are set in US dollars. We may display and charge a supported regional currency using fixed currency conversion rates: USD 1.0000, CAD 1.3875, EUR 0.9208, and GBP 0.7831 per US dollar. We first select a supported currency from the customer location and allow the customer to choose another supported currency. The currency selected at checkout is the order currency. We do not automatically update these fixed conversion rates. Shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment providers, including PayPal when offered, may apply their own terms. Cross-border customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and similar destination charges unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Delivery, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping & Delivery policy explains processing, delivery, tracking, and customs. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains return eligibility, return authorization, return address, shipping responsibility, and refund handling. Those policies form part of these terms.
Product information and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen. We may correct clear errors and update availability before order acceptance. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The LZXFC name, site content, product copy, images, and design are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission. You must not interfere with site security, submit false information, misuse payment methods, or use the store for unlawful activity.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud or for mandatory consumer rights relating to products.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise. If you have a concern, contact [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue; we will try to resolve it in good faith. Nothing in this section limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
