Return policy and process

Overview of Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The product should remain unopened and unused (this will be assessed upon receipt). Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards, downloadable software products
• Health and personal care items
• Custom and personalized products

Defective Products

Assessment: The product must be evaluated by the AI Panacea Inc support team to determine if it is defective.\
Criteria: Defects are limited to specific issues, such as incorrect labeling, quality problems with components, etc.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for the return of non-defective products.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet the following conditions will not qualify:

• Items that show signs of obvious use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, etc.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, please first contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Steps for returns:

1. Contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected], providing your reason for return along with relevant photos or videos.
2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions.
3. Arrange the return according to the address provided.
4. Refunds will be processed after the returned products are received and inspected by us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning a shipped order, the return fee will deduct the shipping fee.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is safely returned to our warehouse.

International Shipping

Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes; failure to pay duties or providing an incorrect address will reduce the refund, deducting all shipping charges and any fees incurred by AI Panacea Inc.

Handling Damaged Products

Shipping Damage:

• Reporting Damage: If you find shipping damage when receiving the product, please contact AI Panacea Inc customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the damage and order information. Requests beyond this window may not be allowed.
• Shipping Insurance: Most orders are insured for shipping, and AI Panacea Inc will coordinate the claim process with the shipping carrier.

Handling Damaged Products:

• Inspection: After receiving the report, AI Panacea Inc will require the damaged product to be returned for inspection.
• Replacement or Refund: Based on the inspection results, a replacement or refund will be arranged at AI Panacea Inc’s discretion.

Returning Damaged Products:
Customers need to return the damaged product to AI Panacea Inc after receiving the RMA. The return shipping costs will be covered by AI Panacea Inc.
