Additionally, the collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on this site (hereinafter referred to as “Compilation”) are the exclusive property of AI Panacea Inc.

Without permission, you may not use AI Panacea Inc.’s trademarks, copyrights, patents, domain names, or Compilations in any manner that disparages or discredits AI Panacea Inc., or that is likely to cause confusion or violate any applicable laws or regulations. The software used or applied on this site (the “Software”) is the property of AI Panacea Inc. and/or its software suppliers. The Content, Compilation, and Software are all protected by national, state, and international copyright laws.

Unless otherwise specified, AI Panacea Inc. reserves all rights not explicitly granted. Any content may only be reproduced or distributed with explicit permission from AI Panacea Inc. Any infringement of such permissions will be prosecuted under the law.

1. User-Submitted Content

Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement or on this site, any content you submit or post on the website (including but not limited to ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions, collectively referred to as “Submissions”) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting or posting content, you agree to grant AI Panacea Inc. a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable right worldwide to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, and translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions automatically become the sole and exclusive property of AI Panacea Inc. and will not be returned to you.

You guarantee that your Submissions, in whole or in part, do not violate intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party. AI Panacea Inc. will not be liable for any misuse of third-party rights due to your wrongful act. You agree to defend and indemnify AI Panacea Inc. for any loss caused by your comments or opinions.

In addition to any rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the site, you also grant AI Panacea Inc. the right to use the name you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any. You represent and warrant that you own or control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other content that you post on this site, and that the use of your reviews, comments, or other content by AI Panacea Inc. will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead AI Panacea Inc. or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or content. AI Panacea Inc. has the right but not the obligation to remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.

2. Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

AI Panacea Inc. respects intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, design rights, and trade secrets. If you believe that any product on this site infringes on your intellectual property rights or those of a third party, you may submit a claim or complaint as described in the following procedure and format.

If you send a false complaint, you may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Therefore, if you are unsure whether the material infringes, please contact an attorney before submitting notice. Abuse of AI Panacea Inc.’s intellectual property policy may result in account termination or other legal consequences.

3. Intellectual Property Complaint Procedure

If you are an intellectual property owner and you believe that any product or service available on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit the following information via email to our designated address. Note that submitting complaints through other channels (such as mail, email, instant messaging, etc.) may not allow us to respond promptly, and we are not responsible for any delays or omissions in handling such complaints through non-designated channels.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), and other relevant laws, regulations, and previous policies, please provide the following information:

A. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed;

B. A description of the copyrighted work or material claimed to be infringed, as well as the exact location of the infringing material (product URL) on the site;

C. Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, or email address;

E. A statement that the intellectual property you claim to be infringed by this website is yours (e.g., “XYZ copyright,” “ABC trademark, registration number 123456, registered on 1/1/04,” etc. In the case of copyright infringement, please provide the copyright registration number or links to the initial publication platform, the URL of the infringing work/image, and/or other proof materials);

F. A statement that the above information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyright or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
