1.1 AI Panacea Inc.

This Terms of Use is an agreement between you and AI Panacea Inc., having its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste 41894, Sheridan, WY 82801 (hereinafter, “AI Panacea Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our website at https://loveispanacea.org (the “Site”).

2. USE OF OUR SERVICES

2.1 CONTRACTING PARTY

You represent and warrant that you are able to form legally binding contracts (for example you are at least 18 years old or using our service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.). This site does not intend to provide the service to any individual without competent capability under applicable laws.

2.2 ACCOUNT SET-UP

2.3 Prohibited Behavior of Users

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AI Panacea Inc. hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use this Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal use sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by AI Panacea Inc. in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by AI Panacea Inc. in writing. You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under national law (especially the U.S. and EU law) or international law; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful or intrusive code or properties. In some cases, AI Panacea Inc. may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Upon receiving the password or identification, you are obligated to reset the password to ensure all functions are workable.

Without AI Panacea Inc.’s express prior written consent, the use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Site as well as the use of AI Panacea Inc.’s trademarks or service marks in meta-tags is strictly prohibited. You may view and use the content only for your personal information and for shopping and ordering on the Site and for no other purposes. 3 Trade Rules

3.1 Price and Purchase

On the Checkout page, you may see the main price, coupons, rewards, points (APP only), VAT (depending on the destination country or region), insurance (if applicable), and other taxes (where applicable) at the applicable rate according to the local rules and regulations of the countries or regions where the items are shipped to. However, in some cases, the VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by your destination country shall be assumed by the recipients. You shall be solely responsible for managing the coupons, rewards, and points, and paying attention to the expiry date of the points. More information can be found [*].

Please be noted that if you receive any SMS, MMS, or emails that remind you of additional fees to be charged, especially custom clearance fees, we strongly advise you to contact us for further confirmation to avoid unnecessary losses due to online scams and to duly protect your property safety.

3.2 Pricing in Different Currencies

AI Panacea Inc. provides different currencies for your convenience in shopping. Except in cases where the market experiences dramatic fluctuations in currency values, there is almost no margin for error in pricing under normal operations. During marketing, the product inventory, price, promotion, delivery time, and other information displayed are real-time and may change by the second. The price becomes fixed once you make the purchase order under Section 3.1.

3.3 Typographical Errors

Each item offered for sale on our website has an item description and a reference link. You shall be responsible for confirming the information and content related to the item you wish to purchase through the information and/or link provided before you submit any order. It is presumed that you have full knowledge and understanding of the details of the items you are purchasing upon submission of your order, as we shall not be liable for any after-sales issues resulting from misinterpretations of the related information and content on the website.

While AI Panacea Inc. strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. AI Panacea Inc. cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, AI Panacea Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, AI Panacea Inc. may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

3.4 Order Acceptance

This is offer and acceptance exemplified at AI Panacea Inc. Once you have selected all the articles that you wish to buy, they will be added to your basket. The next step is to process the order and make the payment. To do that, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, indicating or verifying the information requested at each step. Furthermore, throughout the purchase process, before payment, you can modify the details of your order. You and AI Panacea Inc. are both legally bound once the order comes into force at the time of finalizing the purchase.

Please note that there may be certain orders that AI Panacea Inc. is unable to accept and must cancel, similar to Section 3.3 regarding typographical errors. AI Panacea Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. AI Panacea Inc. will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

3.5 Payments

If you are a registered user, a record of all the orders placed by you is available in the “My Orders” area. You may use the following cards as a payment method: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay and online banking, among others. All credit and debit card transactions are debited at the point of purchase.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card details will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we request pre-authorization on your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Please note that we do not save or retain any information regarding the financial transaction. Your card service provider or financial sponsor will retain such information.

For instance, when you click “Pay Now,” you are confirming that the credit card is yours. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card-issuing entity. If the entity does not authorize the payment, we shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver, and we will be unable to conclude any transaction or contract with you.

3.6 Colors

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3.7 Packing

Unless otherwise provided, we will comply only with our minimum packing standards for the selected method of transportation. The cost of any special packing, loading, or bracing requested by you will be paid by you.

3.8 Shipping & Delivery

Since the products for shipping may be issued from different warehouses in different countries to the EU, AI Panacea Inc. mandates other logistics providers to carry the goods. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock capacity at our discretion. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. 3.9 Title and Risk of Loss

Title to the products transfers from AI Panacea Inc. to you at the time of delivery to the first-party carrier. Similarly, the risk of loss, damage, or liability transfers at that point. Any claims for shortages or damages occurring prior to the delivery to the carrier must be made within five (5) days of receipt of the goods.

Notwithstanding the transfer of the risk of loss to you, title and right of possession to the goods sold hereunder shall remain with AI Panacea Inc. until all payments, including deferred payments, interest, and carrying charges, have been made in full. You agree to perform all necessary acts to perfect and maintain such right and title in AI Panacea Inc.

In the event that this article contradicts statutory regulations at the national or state level, such statutes will prevail.

3.10 Return of Products

Goods can be returned within a designated period. The return period and return policy vary by country. You should be aware that returns must be sent to a designated warehouse. Customers returning goods are responsible for freight charges unless otherwise regulated by applicable laws or regulations.

Items with wrong sizes and quality issues can be exchanged. For defective products, if a defect or damage is confirmed on returned products, we will issue a complete refund including delivery and return charges. Refunds will be credited either to your AI Panacea Inc. Credit Account or to the original method of payment.

3.11 Specific Terms

You and AI Panacea Inc. are bound by the General Terms (e.g., Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Return Policy). The Specific Terms refer to the detailed terms and conditions for certain products or services offered. In the event of a conflict, the Specific Terms will prevail over the General Terms. You are responsible for being aware of and reading through the applicable terms.

Any terms, conditions, or introductory descriptions from other sources in reference to AI Panacea Inc. are purely for reference and not enforceable against AI Panacea Inc.
